Emerald Technologies is seeking a Quality Specialist in Saline, MI to analyze and perform root cause corrective action for quality issues from customer feedback, RMAs, and corrective actions. You will support the quality system development, release documentation, auditing, and updating procedures.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years’ experience in quality or related role.
• Six Sigma Green Belt required.
• Understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 13485, AS9100.
• Audit experience is required.
• IPC 610 Certification.
• Experience with Made2Manage and Cogiscan.

Responsibilities

• Investigate quality-related issues in collaboration with various teams and contribute to root-cause analysis.
• Monitor the effectiveness of corrective actions within the quality system.
• Release documentation into the quality system.
• Train personnel in proper execution of quality manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with resources to determine root cause and develop corrective actions; help improve manufacturing practices to prevent issues.
