Job summary

NEOTech is seeking a Quality Control Technician to partner with Operations, Quality and Engineering to continuously improve product quality and ensure compliance with standards. You will perform dimensional and visual inspections on PCBA and electro-mechanical assemblies across production stages, and investigate out-of-spec conditions.

The role requires attention to detail, strong documentation practices, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Ability to read blueprints and drawings; GD&T experience required.
• Strong communication, teamwork and time-management skills.
• Experience with inspection tools such as calipers and microscopes.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform dimensional and visual inspections of PCBA and electro-mechanical assemblies to drawings, specs.
• Identify and investigate out-of-spec conditions to determine root cause.
• Maintain MRB processes and monitor established quality metrics.
• Document procedures, logs, and checklists; support internal/external audits.
• Assist with process validations and corrective actions.
