Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Skilled in using measurement and inspection tools.
• Experience with non-conformance documentation preferred.
• Understanding of manufacturing and assembly processes.
• Basic knowledge of statistical analysis tools.
• Experience with ERP or MES systems (SAP preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conducts test protocols to ensure parts, products, and systems meet requirements and customer expectations.
• Supports quality control for supplier and production quality and testing.
• Trains teams in quality assurance and testing routines.
• Reports quality issues data and ensures adherence to the QMS.
• Collaborates to improve test protocols for efficiency and accuracy.
• Evaluates metrics for compliance and process improvement.
