Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree or technical training preferred.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Capable of working in high temperature environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-process and final quality inspections on components throughout manufacturing.
• Identify defects, abnormalities, and nonconforming conditions and initiate containment activities.
• Support root cause investigations and corrective actions.
• Perform voltage measurement testing for data analysis.
• Audit the manufacturing process for conformance to drawings, BOM, and quality specs.
• Inspect mechanical and electrical assemblies for proper workmanship and completeness.
• Document inspection results and quality findings.
• Escalate quality concerns with factual data to Quality Engineers and leadership.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and productivity.
• Maintain 5S standards and workplace cleanliness.
• Travel as required for plant/field activities.
