Job summary

ecoat.us Holdings is seeking a meticulous Quality Inspector to join our Quality Assurance team in Cleveland, TN. You will perform in-process and final inspections of coated parts, using calipers, micrometers and gauges, and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards.

You will document results, report non-conformances, support internal and external audits, and collaborate with production to resolve issues. The role offers full-time hours, competitive pay, benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years experience in manufacturing quality control.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards and quality system requirements.
• Experience participating in internal and external audits.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Proficient in the use of inspection tools and measurement equipment.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and quality documentation systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-process and final inspections of coated and assembled parts for conformance to specifications.
• Use inspection tools including calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Document inspection results and maintain records per ISO 9001 standards.
• Identify and report non-conformances and assist root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Participate in internal quality audits and support customer and third-party audits as needed.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to resolve quality issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and environmental regulations.
