Job summary

Divergent in Long Beach, CA is seeking a Quality Inspection Technician III–IV to perform in-process, final, verification, and qualification inspections of mechanical and electromechanical components and assemblies.

You will develop inspection methods, document results, support NCRs and CAPA, and collaborate with Sub‑Assembly, Printer Integration, Design Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Engineering, and Supply Chain to ensure design intent and manufacturing requirements are met.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in quality inspection or metrology in precision manufacturing.
• Ability to read drawings, GD&T and BOMs with high attention to detail.
• Experience documenting non-conformances and supporting corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-process, final, verification, and qualification inspections.
• Verify dimensions, interfaces, alignment, and workmanship per specs.
• Develop inspection plans and record results with traceability.
