Job summary

Divergent in Long Beach, CA seeks an Assembly & Test Technician I–IV to support hands-on assembly, integration, inspection, testing, and manufacturing execution of LPBF 3D printer sub-assemblies. You’ll collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Operations to translate designs into high-quality hardware and repeatable processes.

The role offers defined levels I–IV with increasing responsibility and requires precise workmanship and strong problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Hands-on mechanical and electromechanical assembly experience.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, BOMs, and travelers.
• Experience with test equipment and performing functional tests.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and integrate sub-assemblies using drawings and travelers.
• Perform functional and acceptance testing of sub-assemblies.
• Troubleshoot hardware and assist with rework as needed.
