Prototek Digital Manufacturing is seeking a Quality Inspector III / CMM Programmer to join our precision manufacturing team in Hopkinton, NH. The role emphasizes hands-on CMM programming, dimensional inspection, and strict adherence to GD&T and ASME Y14.5 requirements to assure customer specifications are met.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of quality inspection experience, strong blueprint interpretation skills, and familiarity with AS9100/ISO 9001 quality systems.

• 5+ years of quality inspection experience in a precision manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on CMM programming experience.
• Strong blueprint reading and intermediate-to-advanced GD&T / ASME Y14.5 knowledge.
• Experience inspecting machined or fabricated components with tight tolerances.
• Strong understanding of First Article, In-Process, and Final inspection requirements.
• Experience working within an AS9100 and/or ISO 9001 quality system preferred.
• PC-DMIS, Calypso, Keyence, or similar inspection software/equipment experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to communicate inspection findings effectively.

Responsibilities

• Program CMMs hands-on, not just operate existing programs.
• Interpret blueprints with GD&T and ASME Y14.5.
• Inspect machined or fabricated components with tight tolerances.
• Ensure First Article, In-Process, and Final inspection requirements.
• Support AS9100 and/or ISO 9001 quality system requirements.
• Experience with PC-DMIS, Calypso, Keyence is a plus.

Prototek is seeking an experienced Quality Inspector III to join our manufacturing team. This is a senior-level inspection role for someone who is highly skilled in dimensional inspection, blueprint interpretation, GD&T, and CMM programming and who enjoys working closely with Operations to ensure precision parts meet customer and quality requirements.
