Job summary

RBC - Sargent Aerospace & Defense is seeking an Inspector II to ensure quality standards through detailed inspections and reporting. The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or GED, at least 4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, and a strong mechanical inspection background. Responsibilities include in-process inspections, interpreting specifications, and training junior inspectors. This position offers a second shift schedule, with a sign-on bonus available.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment with mechanical inspection background.
• Experience in an ISO9001/AS9100 manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and report on materials, processes, and products.
• Perform in-process and final inspections for products.
• Train and mentor less experienced inspectors.
