Job summary

RR Donnelley is seeking a Quality Inspector 2 for the Monroe, WI location on 2nd shift (approx. 3:00pm–11:00pm). The role inspects printed materials, performs quality tests, and ensures products meet customer specs and company standards.

Responsibilities include sample selection, visual defect inspection, and reporting defects. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and at least 2 years in quality control.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a quality control/assurance function.
• Knowledge of general administrative and manufacturing procedures.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform sample selection and packaging for shipment.
• Visual inspection of random samples for defects against specifications.
• Follow inspection checklist and record defects.
• Adhere to SOPs to ensure product conformance.
• Prepare written reports and notify management of defects.
• Identify issues and involve leads/management to resolve.
• Assist with special projects or disposition of non-conforming product.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
