  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings/specifications
  • Surface Quality under MIL-PRF-13830B, ANSI/OEOSC OP1.002, MIL-F-48616, and ISO 10110

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine and non-routine inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products using precision measuring instruments and visual examination.
  • Document inspection results and maintain accurate records to support quality assurance and traceability requirements.
  • Identify and report quality issues, non-conformances, and potential risks to the quality management team promptly.
  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to investigate root causes of defects and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Ensure compliance with company quality standards, safety regulations, and customer specifications throughout the manufacturing process.
  • Participate in internal and external quality audits and assist in the development of quality improvement plans.
  • Train and mentor junior quality inspectors and support continuous learning within the quality department.
