Job summary

Steffes Solutions, LLC is seeking a Quality Technician to perform inspections following the Steffes Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure products meet internal and external requirements before customer release.

You will read drawings, record data in ERP, and support calibration and audits while contributing to continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration across manufacturing teams.

Qualifications

• 1+ years work experience in a manufacturing environment.
• High school diploma or GED required; additional education considered.
• Basic computer skills (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook) and internet proficiency.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to read technical information.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections per QMS for parts and finished goods.
• Read and interpret customer drawings, tolerances, and specifications.
• Record inspection data in ERP and manage nonconformances.
• Calibrate tools/devices and coordinate with third parties as needed.
• Conduct quality training and support cross-functional teams.
• Assist in quality audits and process improvements.
