Solid Sealing Technology, Inc. is seeking a Quality Control Technician to inspect and test incoming and outgoing products, ensuring conformance to specifications and regulatory requirements.

You will generate inspection reports, maintain quality records, and support corrective actions as needed. The role requires reading drawings, using calipers, micrometers, CMM, and vision systems, with an emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent;1+ year in quality control inspecting manufactured products.
• Technical school education with a mathematics emphasis preferred.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and procedures.
• Ability to understand products and processes being inspected.
• Proficient with measuring tools and electronic inspection equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Read drawings and work instructions to determine requirements.
• Perform dimensional and visual inspection and basic electrical/mechanical testing.
• Use calipers, micrometers, CMM, and vision systems for inspections.
• Record inspection data, generate reports and certificates for customers.
• Identify quality issues and support root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Participate in audits related to safety and quality processes.
