Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 0–1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment; prior military experience or technical certification/degree is a plus.
• Basic English proficiency; ability to read, follow, and interpret planning and work orders.

Responsibilities

• 2nd shift: Sunday–Thursday, 6pm–4am; training on 1st shift.
• Adhere to plant safety guidelines and quality processes.
• Interpret drawings and process sheets to evaluate parts.
• Use manual measuring tools (calipers, micrometers) for inspection.
• Identify non-conforming product and report NCRs.
• Perform equipment calibration and basic housekeeping.
• Maintain clean work area and work cooperatively in a team.
• Demonstrate basic math and CMS-related tasks in daily work.
