The role focuses on in-plant operations, incoming and finished product inspections, and accurate documentation to support release decisions. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma with 2–4 years in pharma/biotech, strong attention to detail, and familiarity with cGMP, FDA requirements, and SAP/ERP systems.

Qualifications

• High School diploma with 2-4 years related experience.
• Experience in a pharmaceutical/biotech setting helps.
• Familiarity with cGMP and FDA requirements.
• Knowledge of aseptic techniques preferred.
• GMP/documentation knowledge and FDA requirements.
• Attention to detail and accuracy are required.
• Flexible hours and overtime may be needed.
• Capability to perform repetitive hand motions.

Responsibilities

• Inspect DHR documentation for devices and modules to ensure tests and release specs.
• Internally inspect devices for visual aspects and labels before release.
• Verify that customer-facing labels match the serial number.
• Approve device/module release in the ERP system.
• Ensure no open nonconformances exist in NCR/SAP systems.
• Review event history log for accurate testing values.
• Record failing observations using minor correction or NCR systems.
• Dispose rework activities and close non-conformances in the system.
• Ensure process control and maintenance procedures are followed.
• Identify out-of-tolerance situations and take action.
• Add QA flags to received product in ERP systems.
• Inspect and release Spare Parts Kits QA activities.
• Assist identification and containment of nonconforming product.
