Job summary

Challenge Manufacturing in City, State is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to monitor and measure parts on the factory floor. You will inspect, gauge, and verify parts against customer specifications, and ensure first-piece approval is completed according to our QA process.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• Read, write, speak, and understand English sufficiently to perform duties.
• 6 months quality experience; 1 year manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and gauge parts to customer specs.
• Verify first piece inspection per process.
• Support containment of quality issues.
• Perform Layered Process Audits (LPA).
