Job summary

Westfall Technik Inc. is seeking a Quality Inspector to inspect materials, components, and finished products to ensure they meet specifications and customer requirements.

This role involves visual, dimensional, and functional inspections using measuring tools and testing equipment, and documenting findings. You will monitor quality through check sheets, conduct CMM testing, support audits, and assist in training Inspector Packers.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Excellent time management, organization, and planning skills.
• Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Must be detail oriented.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Must possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to promote a team atmosphere in the department and in other productionbased areas.
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision, self-starter, and high initiative.
• Computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform First Article, In-Process, and Final Inspections to meet specifications and customer requirements.
• Monitor and document quality; complete inspection check sheets.
• Conduct CMM testing and address nonconformances with proper documentation.
• Perform dimensional and functional testing; record data in SPC database.
• Report and document nonconformances; coordinate with teams to resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with QMS and cGMP regulations.
• Assist in audits and training Inspector Packers.
• Perform sorting and rework to meet quality before shipment.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain PPE.
• Support continuous improvement and root cause analysis.
