Job summary

Responsibilities

• Perform First Article, In-Process, and Final Inspections: Inspect products at initial, in-process, and final stages to ensure they meet specifications and customer requirements.
• Monitor and document quality using inspection check sheets and records.
• Conduct CMM testing and document results.
• Perform dimensional and functional testing and record data in SPC database.
• Report and document nonconformances and assist in issue resolution.
• Ensure compliance with QMS and cGMP regulations.
• Assist in audits and training Inspector Packers as needed.
• Sort and rework defective products to meet quality standards before shipment.
• Verify machine safety devices are functioning and follow safety procedures.
