Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; related manufacturing experience may be considered.
• 0-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment highly desired.
• Safety First mindset; strong focus on quality; ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform repetitive inspection and packing of chain products using fixed gauges and visual checks to ensure specifications are met.
• Inspect and measure length, width, radii and surface condition to meet established specs.
• Record production data and report to Payroll or supervisor; ensure traceability and proper packaging for shipment.
• Support stringer, pin sorting, and general duties as assigned by supervisor or group leader.
