Job summary

Cristek, a Qnnect company, seeks an experienced Electromechanical Assembler I to build and inspect precision wire harnesses and cable assemblies used in aerospace and defense. You will read drawings, perform crimping, soldering, and routing, and conduct tests to ensure quality.

This role requires attention to detail and teamwork. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in harness assembly, J-STD and IPC/WHMA-A-620 certs, and the ability to work under a microscope.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble wire harnesses and cable assemblies using hand tools and equipment.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Conduct continuity testing, inspections, troubleshooting, and rework.
• Maintain production documentation and follow quality and safety standards.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Production to meet specs and schedules.
