Job summary

Cristek Interconnects, LLC in Anaheim, CA, is seeking a Quality Inspector to join the Quality Assurance team. You will inspect electrical cable and harness assemblies to ensure compliance with Cristek and customer specs, regulations, IPC-620, J-STD and Cristek Best Practices.

The role requires 3+ years in inspection, ITAR awareness, and fluency in English. You will work with Production, Sales and Engineering to maintain quality and support on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; IPC/J-STD and IPC/WHMA-A-620 certifications are a plus.
• J-STD Certification is required
• IPC/WHMA-A-620 Certification is required

Responsibilities

• Read customer drawings, parts lists and wire lists in English for inspection readiness.
• Perform in-process, pre-mold and final inspections on cable and harness assemblies.
• Use magnifier lamps and microscopes to aid inspection requirements.
• Measure assemblies with calipers and rulers and verify conformance.
• Perform 100% inspection on every cable assembly.
• Review documentation for completeness before routing to the next department.
• Complete Final Inspection Data Sheet for every assembly.
• Perform receiving inspection on vendor materials as required.
• Conduct First Article Inspection to ensure conformance with drawings and specs.
• Identify recurring quality issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure safety and maintain a clean, organized inspection area.
