Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of quality inspection experience in manufacturing.
• 3 years of bench and dimensional inspections.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, specs.
• GD&T knowledge and interpretation.
• Experience performing AS9102 First Article Inspections.
• Use precision measuring instruments and inspection equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and quality focus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Perform Receiving, First Piece, In-Process, First Article, Lot, and Final Inspections per specs and procedures.
• Verify product conformity using precision measuring instruments.
• Interpret drawings, specs, and customer requirements.
• Validate dimensional, visual, and functional requirements.
• Conduct FAIRs per AS9102 and document results.
• Develop and maintain inspection plans and quality records.
• Maintain inspection documentation per quality systems.
• Support source inspections and customer witness inspections.
