Job summary

Multifab Inc in Spokane Valley, WA is seeking a Quality Control Inspector to perform in-process, first article, and final inspections to verify conformance to drawings and specifications. You will document results, identify nonconforming material, and support the AS9100D quality system.

The role requires GD&T interpretation, dimensional inspection skills, and experience with CMMs, ERP/MRP, and precision measuring tools. Aerospace experience is preferred and attention to detail is essential.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret engineering drawings and inspection requirements.
• Basic to intermediate understanding of dimensional inspection and measurement techniques.
• Proficiency with common inspection tools and equipment.
• Experience in aerospace manufacturing or precision machining preferred.
• Ability to enter and retrieve information from ERP/MRP or quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform first article, in-process, final, and source inspection activities.
• Inspect thermoformed, routed and assembled parts per drawings and plans.
• Document inspection results accurately on logs and ERP records.
• Identify, document, and segregate nonconforming material per procedures.
• Generate or assist with NCRs when requirements are not met.
• Assist root-cause investigations and verify corrective actions.
• Report discrepancies to Quality Manager and collaborate with teams.
• Support product release activities with proper documentation.
• Assist with internal and supplier audits and continuous improvement.
