Celeros Flow Technology is hiring a Quality Inspector in Houston, TX to perform visual and precision inspections of manufactured parts, ensuring conformance to drawings and GD&T requirements. You will work with CMMs, portable arms, and scanners, and report to the Quality Supervisor.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and 0–2 years of inspection experience. NACE II certification is required; NDE and Faro/Hexagon arm experience is preferred.

• NACE II certification required.

Mansioni

• Perform visual and precision inspection of parts to ensure conformance to drawings and standards.
• Use precision measuring equipment (calipers, height gauge, micrometers, surface plate, articulated arm, optical comparator) for inspections.
• Prepare Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) and process per procedures.
• Document nonconformances in SAP NCR module and complete SAP transactions.
• Review and verify materials received from vendors.
• Understand and execute an Inspection and Test Plan (ITP).
• Handle other related duties as assigned by supervisor.
