Qualifications

• In-process, first-article, and final inspections of engineered fasteners and related products.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T callouts.
• Familiarity with MTRs, certifications, traceability, and nonconformance procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to follow written, verbal, and diagram-based instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual and dimensional inspections of raw materials, in-process parts, and finished products.
• Conduct in-process, first-article, and final inspections according to drawings, work orders, and inspection plans.
• Operate precision measuring equipment including calipers, micrometers, thread gauges, height gauges, and optical comparators.
• Review MTRs and certifications for traceability and compliance.
• Identify, tag, and segregate nonconforming material.
• Prepare NCRs for rejectable materials.
• Verify part markings, lot numbers, and traceability throughout production.
• Document inspection results and maintain quality records.
• Support the Quality Management System (QMS) and communicate quality issues.
