Challenge Manufacturing is seeking a Quality Inspector for a 2nd shift (2 PM–10 PM), located in Holland, MI. The role focuses on monitoring and measuring products on the manufacturing floor, performing first-piece inspections, and escalating nonconforming parts in alignment with quality standards.

The candidate will record data in Plex ERP, support containment, and participate in daily Layered Process Audits.

Qualifikationen

• High School Graduate or equivalent; ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Experience in quality or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Familiarity with inspection tools and gauges is desirable.

Aufgaben

• Inspect and measure parts on the production floor to ensure they meet customer specifications.
• Record data in Plex ERP and follow first-piece approval processes.
• Support containment and disposition of nonconforming product.
• Perform Layered Process Audits and maintain clean, safe work area.
• Cross-train on multiple work centers and complete required paperwork.
