Job summary

Regal Rexnord is hiring a Quality Inspector for the 2nd shift in Cleveland, OH. The role is fully onsite with a pay range of $20.00–$30.00 per hour depending on experience. The inspector will perform various inspections and support continuous improvement across production, engineering, and quality teams.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of quality inspection experience in manufacturing. Preferred are ASQ certifications and Lean/Six Sigma exposure.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; an Associate degree, technical certification, or related coursework in Quality/Manufacturing/Engineering preferred.
• Minimum one year of quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment; experience inspecting precision‑machined components preferred.
• Strong GD&T knowledge; ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings; experience with precision measuring instruments.

Responsibilities

• Perform first article, receiving, in‑process, and final inspections.
• Verify conformance to engineering drawings, specs, and customer requirements.
• Conduct random quality audits on the production floor to ensure process adherence.
