Job summary

Regal Rexnord Corp is seeking a Quality Inspector for the Cleveland, OH area. This hands-on role focuses on inspecting precision components and supporting quality activities across production, engineering, and quality teams.

You will perform PPAP-related inspections, contribute to MSA and capability studies, and help maintain inspection documentation while promoting continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with GD&T, blueprints, and specifications.
• Familiarity with precision measuring instruments and inspection equipment.
• ASQ certifications preferred (CMI/CQT) or similar quality credentials.

Responsibilities

• Perform first article, receiving, in-process, and final inspections as directed.
• Verify conformance to drawings and customer requirements.
• Conduct random quality audits on the production floor and document results.
• Support manufacturing by identifying quality concerns and communicating findings.
• Maintain inspection plans, control plans, and quality records.
