Donaldson is seeking a Quality Inspector at our Baldwin, WI location to perform routine testing on quality of in-process or finished products in accordance with standards, customer specifications and applicable regulatory standards. This is an onsite role.
You will set up inspection sheets, inspect incoming, in-process, final and ship/pack; read blueprints; perform root cause analysis; calibrations; ensure safety policies and use PPE; interact with plant personnel to maintain quality.

The Quality Inspector at our Baldwin WI location performs routine testing on quality of in-process or finished products according to standards, customer specification, and any applicable regulatory standards. This is an onsite role.
Set up inspection sheets, as needed.
Perform incoming, in-process, and final assembly inspections.
Complete final and ship/pack inspections.
Perform activities for non-conforming parts (internal and external NCR's).
Review accuracy of customer order.
Read and interpret blueprints.
Ability to perform basic root cause analysis.
Perform calibrations utilizing calibration work instructions.
Perform CARC and coating product validation(s), as needed.
Complies with all safety, DOT, HAZMAT and environmental policies and procedures.
Uses all designated Personal Protective Equipment as required.
