Donaldson is seeking a Quality Engineer to join our Greeneville, TN manufacturing site on an on‑site basis. The role focuses on ensuring product quality, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction through robust QA policies and processes.
You will develop QA programs, perform testing, apply SPC techniques, and collaborate with design and production teams to drive quality metrics and cost efficiency. Travel up to 20% may be required.

The Quality Engineer role supports the manufacturing environment by ensuring product quality, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction. The role is responsible for the development of effective quality assurance policies and programs to ensure the organization produces quality products in a cost-effective manner. Qualified candidates must be able to work an on‑site schedule at our Greeneville, TN office/facility.
