Job summary

Swiss-Tech LLC is seeking a Quality Inspector to join a redesigned cell supporting a major customer in defense, medical, and aerospace. The role focuses on ensuring products meet quality standards and customer specifications, with on-the-job training offered.

Shift is Thursday to Saturday 5 a.m.–5:30 p.m., with an alternating Wednesday. Essential duties include inspections, QC compliance, and maintaining documentation in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

  • Must demonstrate a quality and results driven approach.
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints, drawings, work instructions, and procedures.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with other employees and work in a team.
  • Ability to read and understand documents such as blueprints, drawings, work instructions, and procedures.
  • Ability to use a computer for daily activities.

Responsibilities

  • Comply with all safety regulations.
  • Comply with all Quality System requirements.
  • Completing routine inspections on each machine in accordance with the FAIR inspection plan.
  • Monitors SPC run charts, looking for compliance, rule violations, and anomalies.
  • Make offsets as required, always targeting the dimensions to the MEAN.
  • Moves parts to CNC Cell completion Rack of each shift.
  • Keeping work areas clean and organized.
  • Immediately report any concerns to the Machinist and/or Inspector.
  • Review and maintain inspection gaging and equipment.
  • Daily flow of parts from one Operation to the next.

We are in a growth mode and looking to expand our workforce to help support this. We offer on the job training to develop our best asset, our people.

We are looking to add a Quality Inspector to a new re-designed cell that will support one of our biggest customers. The Quality Inspector is responsible for ensuring our product conforms to our company quality standards and customer specifications.

Our current opening is:

  • Thursday to Saturday 5 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. with alternating Wednesday

Essential Duties and/or Responsibilities:

This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as defined by the manager.

  • Comply with all safety regulations.
