Job summary

Triumph Group is seeking a Quality Inspector to support ongoing Production programs. The role emphasizes understanding quality requirements and applying first principles measurement.

Key duties include developing CMM programs in PCDMIS, performing FAI to AS9102 with Visual FAIR, leading quality investigations (8D, RCCA), conducting audits, and ensuring customer expectations are met.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in Aerospace Quality in a Quality role.
• Experience writing CMM programs in PCDMIS.
• Experience completing FAI to BS9102 using Visual FAIR software.
• Previous experience of Engineering Quality aspects and implementation.
• Ability to perform first principle measurement.

Responsibilities

• Develop CMM programs and analyse results to ensure process capability is achieved.
• Ensure First Article Inspection (FAI) documentation supporting specific products are compiled to AS9102 as required.
• Support product inspection activities as required using first principle measuring.
• Plan, lead and execute Quality investigations using RCCA, 8D and other techniques to analyse root cause and prevent recurrence.

• Develop a solid understanding of specific Quality requirements to ensure that all Customer expectations are met at all times.
• Develop CMM programs and analyse results to ensure process capability is achieved and maintained.
