Job summary

Hunting Energy Services is seeking a quality inspector to ensure product conformity from incoming materials through final assembly.

The role requires performing gauge-based measurements, first article and in-process inspections, and 100% dimensional checks when required, with thorough documentation and stamping verification.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or better.
• 1-3 years of inspection experience; premium threads preferred.
• Ability to perform precise inspections per licensee/customer specifications.

Responsibilities

• Set up gauges per licensee specifications and requirements.
• Verify First Article inspections including molds.
• Perform In-Process inspection per licensee/customer specs.
• Perform 100%-Dimensional Inspection per customer specs when required.
• Verify product through auditing or physical gauging/inspecting at all operations.
• Complete receiving inspections on incoming products.
• Conduct final product inspection with thorough verification of all documentation and stamping.

2.2 Verify First Article inspections including molds.

2.3 Perform In-Process inspection per the licensee and customer specifications

2.4 Perform 100%-Dimensional Inspection per the customer specifications when required.

2.5 Verify product through either auditing or physically gauging/inspecting at all operations.

2.6 Complete receiving inspections on incoming products.

2.7 Conduct final product inspection including thorough verification of all supporting documentation and required stamping and stenciling.
