• Set up gauges per licensee specifications.
• Verify First Article inspections including molds.
• Perform In-Process inspection per licensee and customer specs.
• Execute 100% dimensional inspection when required per customer specs.
• Verify product by auditing or physically gauging/inspecting across operations.
• Complete receiving inspections on incoming products.
• Conduct final product inspection with documentation and stamping.

2.0 Job Description and Responsibilities:

• 2.1 Set up gauges in accordance with licensee specification and requirements.
• 2.2 Verify First Article inspections including molds.
• 2.3 Perform In-Process inspection per the licensee and customer specifications
• 2.4 Perform 100%-Dimensional Inspection per the customer specifications when required.
• 2.5 Verify product through either auditing or physically gauging/inspecting at all operations.
• 2.6 Complete receiving inspections on incoming products.
• 2.7 Conduct final product inspection including thorough verification of all supporting documentation and required stamping and stenciling.
