Job summary

Ultipro in Houston, TX is seeking a Tubular Goods Inspector to join our quality team. You will verify dimensions, inspect products at multiple stages, and ensure compliance with blueprints and customer specs. The role requires 1-3 years in tubular goods inspection, ability to read blueprints, and a High School diploma or better.

Responsibilities

• Set up gauges in accordance with licensee specification and requirements.
• Verify First Article inspections including molds.
• Perform In-Process inspection per the licensee and customer specifications
• Perform 100%-Dimensional Inspection per the customer specifications when required.
• Verify product through either auditing or physically gauging/inspecting at all operations.
• Complete receiving inspections on incoming products.
• Conduct final product inspection including thorough verification of all supporting documentation and required stamping and stenciling.
