• 2.1 Ensure gauges are functioning properly and within calibration dates.
• 2.2 Set up gauges per licensee specifications and requirements.
• 2.3 Verify First Article inspections including molds.
• 2.4 Perform In-Process inspection per licensee and customer specs.
• 2.5 Perform 100%-Dimensional inspection per customer specs when required.
• 2.6 Verify product through auditing or physical gauging/inspection at all operations.
• 2.7 Complete receiving inspections on incoming products.
• 2.8 Conduct final product inspection with thorough verification of supporting documentation and stamping.
• 2.9 Complete log sheets and daily reject reports; submit reports to lab daily.

• 2.2 Set up gauges in accordance with licensee specification and requirements.
• 2.3 Verify First Article inspections including molds.
• 2.4 Perform In-Process inspection per the licensee and customer specifications
• 2.5 Perform 100%-Dimensional Inspection per the customer specifications when required.
• 2.6 Verify product through either auditing or physically gauging/inspecting at all operations.
• 2.7 Complete receiving inspections on incoming products.
• 2.8 Conduct final product inspection including thorough verification of all supporting documentation and required stamping and stenciling.
• 2.9 Complete log sheets and daily reject reports as required. Turn in reports to gauge lab daily.
