Job description

Your Mission

• Checks orders to ensure proper glue application throughout the bag, verifies print against customer specification sheet, and identifies proper materials used in product construction.
• Places products on hold if defects are found.
• Speaks openly with Operators to stop production of defective bags immediately.
• Inspects product to determine compliance with order specifications, the company's quality control system, legal requirements, and shipping and packing facilities for conformity to specified standards.
• Receives approval from Quality Manager/Quality Supervisor/Shift Leaders/Production Manager if questions arise.
• Cooperates with team members.
• Performs other duties as assigned, such as training new hires, assisting in other departments when management deems necessary, and any other task or assignment within the scope of the business.

Your Profile

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Work schedules normally 8 or 12 hours.
• May be scheduled for rotating days off.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed.
• Can stand for extended periods.
• Comfortable with awkward and/or repetitive movements.
• Regularly works near moving mechanical parts.
• Has a great attitude.
• Willingness to learn.
• Self‑motivated.
