Job Title: Quality Inspector (1st Shift)
Location: Valencia, CA
Pay: $23 - $25 per hour (Based on Experience)
Shift: 1st Shift | Overtime Available

We are a leading manufacturing company located in Valencia, CA, and we're seeking an experienced Quality Inspector to join our Quality Assurance team. If you have a strong background in dimensional inspection, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for excellence, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
Perform First Article Inspections, AQL sampling, and general inspections using drawings, specifications, BOMs, inspection plans, and visual work instructions.

Inspect manufactured products for uniformity and conformance; accurately record all inspection results.

Operate mechanical inspection equipment, including hand tools, surface plates, height gauges, calipers, verniers, and CMM arms.

Maintain detailed and accurate inspection documentation and records.

Identify, document, and process nonconforming products.

Collaborate across departments to ensure compliance and proper documentation.

Conduct raw material receiving inspections.

Perform other duties as assigned to support quality operations.

Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 3 years of prior dimensional inspection experience in a manufacturing environment.

Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering blueprints, specifications, and contractual requirements.

Experience with AS9102 First Article Inspections.

Knowledge of ISO9001:2015 standards; AS9100 knowledge is a strong plus.

Familiarity with material and process specifications, including verification of Certificates of Conformance.

Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, multitask, and work independently with minimal supervision.

Comfortable working in a Windows-based environment; capable of maintaining electronic quality records.

Knowledge of SolidWorks is a plus.
