Job description

Seda North America is looking for a Quality Inspector to join our 2nd Shift Quality Department! Your daily tasks will include verifying that our manufactured products meet the rigorous requirements of our customers, the Seda QMS (Quality Management System), and established Food Safety Standards in the industry. As a key partner to operations, communication is essential for success in this role.

Pay starts at $20+ per hour, plus a shift premium of +$1.00/hr. Hours are Monday through Friday, 3pm-11pm. No mandatory OT!

Physical Demands (Required for Essential Duties & Responsibilities)

• Inspect products using gauges, scales, and other tools prior to shipment.
• Generate spreadsheets for data collection.
• Perform line check inspections in the manufacturing areas.
• Document product status, records, and summarize data for non-conforming materials.
• Maintain the “Quality Hold” area.

Qualifications:

• Organizational skills, problem-solving, analytical thinking, and time management.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate or higher degree preferred.
• At least 1 year in a quality-focused role.
• Ability to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift.
• Comfortable working in noisy and loud environments.
• Wear all required PPE and follow safety practices as instructed.
