Job summary

TRIUMPH is seeking a Quality Inspection Supervisor in Macomb, MI to lead a 20+ person team in a fast-paced, high‑quality environment. The role requires strong GD&T knowledge, capability to read blueprints, and a proven track record in quality systems and continuous improvement.

You will work directly with Site Quality Manager and Engineering, ensuring compliance with procedures and timely delivery of high‑quality components.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM).
• 6+ years of relevant work experience in quality inspection.
• Strong knowledge of GD&T and capable of interpreting customer drawings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise 20+ quality inspectors (day and night shifts).
• Ensure adherence to the TGSM Quality System and related procedures.
• Interact with management and engineering to resolve quality issues.
• Drive continuous improvement in measurement and inspection processes.
