Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 5+ years of manufacturing experience.
• 1-2 years of FAIR and/or PPAP experience.
• Knowledge of metrology and inspection gauging.
• AS9100/AS9102 First Article Inspection knowledge.

Aufgaben

• Inspects parts/materials using inspection devices, drawings, and methodology.
• Define Inspection Plan for proper sample sizes and key characteristics.
• Records accepted/rejected material quantities in history jacket and database equivalent.
• Creates and updates inspection plan / programs for new and existing parts/material.
• Conducts First Article Inspections review and approval when required.
• Work with Supplier Quality in reviewing and approving FAIR and PPAP.
• Work with APQP pilot in creating and approving PPAP.
• Perform transactions for nonconforming materials in applicable system.
• Read and interpret drawings.
• Must execute assigned Standard Work.
• Must be able to work under deadlines.
• Regular, predictable attendance is required.
