Responsibilities

  • Coordinate quality projects and payer quality programs to improve patient outcomes and capture incentives.
  • Develop and maintain action plans for data capture, HEDIS compliance, and care coordination.
  • Review and contribute to assessment and appropriateness of provider offices working with administration and managers.
  • Foster an atmosphere of personalized service through contact with healthcare administrators and community leaders.
  • Collaborate with physician groups, administration, providers, and insurers on quality initiatives and goal setting.

Will work 2 days a week remotely and 2-3 days a week at 1619 Anderson Rd., Petoskey, MI

Schedule: 40 Hours Weekly: Monday - Friday on Days from 8AM-4PM

A Day inthe Life
  • This position works with Primary Care teams tocoordinatingquality projects, payer qualityprogramsand incentives (e.g. MIPS, APMs) to improve patient outcomes and capture financial incentives.Develops action plans, such as data capture, HEDIS compliance, and care coordinationto ensure practice processes are in place toinsurepositive outcomes for patients andfinancialoutcomes for practices.
  • Coordination of quality projects: payer quality programs and incentives and develop actionplanto ensure practice processes in place to capture available monies to maximize value-based revenue.
  • Reviews and contributes to assessment and appropriateness of provider offices working closely with office administration and managers.
  • Develops andmaintainsan atmosphere of personalized service through individual contact with key healthcare administrators, providers, community leaders, and individuals throughout the community.
  • Collaborates with Physician Hospital Organization, administration, providers, and insurers on current and future quality and process improvement initiatives. Develops individualized goals.

Munson Healthcare requires all employees be vaccinated or have lab confirmed immunity for Measles, Mumps, Rubella and Varicella.
