Job summary

Hoyleton is seeking a Quality Improvement Specialist II to support agency quality improvement and ensure compliance with DCFS, DHS, Medicaid, COA and funder standards. You will evaluate and improve processes across departments to ensure a safe, optimal client experience and lead with staff development and priority setting.

The role covers regulatory and quality improvement duties, training, and strategic planning, with responsibilities in policy updates and performance indicator improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or CQI certification required.
• Minimum of two years’ experience performing quality improvement and compliance duties.
• Six Sigma working knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Analyses and audits documentation for best practice and compliance with standards.
• Provides recommendations and supports implementation when processes do not support outcomes.
• Promotes COA, DCFS and Medicaid recertification through procedures and data collection; supports external program reviews.
