Job summary

Cincinnati Children’s is seeking a Quality Improvement Facilitator to join the Anderson Center Health System Excell team. You will plan and facilitate work sessions, coordinate learning initiatives, and drive evidence-based care through expert facilitation and strategic improvement goals.

In this full-time, day-shift role, you will coach teams, support change management, and provide trusted guidance to faculty and staff as they implement PDSA cycles, measures, and data systems across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 2+ years of work experience in a related job discipline.
• Experience with PI, CQI, Six Sigma, Lean or TQM techniques.

Responsibilities

• Work Sessions: planning and facilitation for meetings including large group sessions, calls, and expert meetings.
• Planning and Coordination: drive change with faculty to identify evidence-based care and plan learning sessions.
• Customer Service: provide expert client service as a consultant to quality improvement teams using QI methods.
• Teamwork: develop connectedness with peers and coach staff and students in QI methodologies.
• Coaching and Support: develop learning objectives, approve pre-work and evaluate learning sessions.
