Advocate Health is seeking a Clinical Review Coordinator to support local quality, outcomes, and performance improvement for assigned service lines. The role blends clinical review, data integrity, analytics, and frontline engagement to drive reliable care and measurable outcomes.

You will partner with physicians, nursing leaders, and teams to identify opportunities, develop action plans, and advance enterprise priorities within Women & Children’s services.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited school of Professional Nursing.
• RN license and clinical nursing experience.
• Experience in Women & Children's service line preferred.
• CPHQ preferred.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate local service line quality and outcomes improvement activities with care teams.
• Screen and review medical records and data sources to identify opportunities.
• Maintain databases, registries, scorecards, dashboards, and trackers for reporting.
