Job summary

Inland Empire Health Plans (IEHP) is seeking a Quality Improvement, RN to lead and coordinate quality initiatives across acute and post-acute care settings. The role focuses on evidence-based practice, policy review, and multidisciplinary collaboration to improve CMS Star ratings, HEDIS, CAHPS, and related performance measures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science or health/healthcare related field from an accredited institution required
• Master’s degree preferred
• CPHQ or equivalent quality cert required within 1 year of hire
• Active RN license in California BRN required

Responsibilities

• Facilitate quality improvement initiatives across continuum of care
• Identify, coordinate, promote and implement quality improvement projects
• Support evidence-based practice integration, provider training, and policy review
• Improve performance on CMS Star Ratings, HEDIS, CAHPS, HOS, P4P and other measures
