Job summary

Kitsap Mental Health Services seeks a detail-oriented Quality Improvement Projects Coordinator to lead organization-wide improvement initiatives. You will coordinate projects that enhance patient safety, quality, and operational effectiveness while collaborating with clinical, operational, and administrative teams.

Responsibilities include planning, tracking, and reporting on QI efforts, facilitating multidisciplinary teams, and supporting accreditation readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a related field; 5 years in healthcare quality improvement or related area.
• Minimum 2 years coordinating multiple projects with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate quality improvement projects from initiation through completion.
• Develop and maintain QI project plans, timelines, and tracking tools.
• Monitor QI project milestones, deliverables, risks, and barriers, escalating concerns as appropriate.
• Facilitate QI project meetings and maintain agendas, action items, meeting minutes, and follow-up activities.
• Track project progress and prepare status updates for leadership, committees, and stakeholders.
• Maintain a centralized inventory of quality improvement initiatives and associated documentation.
