Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a Quality Improvement Specialist to lead safety and quality initiatives across the network. You will collaborate with clinical teams, define priorities based on evidence, and drive reliable improvement using data, scorecards, and PDSA cycles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare or health science is required.
• 5 years of experience in health care.
• Proficiency with computer applications: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills across levels.
• NPSF CPPS certification within one year of hire.

Responsabilités

• Facilitate and lead teams around quality & safety initiatives.
• Identify improvement priorities based on evidence and regulatory requirements.
• Bring safety and quality events to daily safety huddles.
• Encourage event reporting and transparency regarding safety and quality concerns.
• Develop data-driven strategies to ensure team success.
• Use the Quality Scorecard to drive improvements across initiatives.
