Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited professional nursing program with current, active RN licensure in NY.
• BSN required; Master’s degree preferred (MSN/MHA/MBA/MPH/Healthcare Quality).
• Experience leading quality improvement, patient safety, and regulatory compliance initiatives in acute care.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for Quality Improvement and Patient Safety.
• Lead organizational quality metrics, targets, and improvement plans.
• Deploy evidence-based improvement methodologies (PDSA, Lean, Six Sigma, IHI).
• Oversee RCA2, FMEA, risk assessments, and incident reporting processes.
• Drive High Reliability and Just Culture across clinical and administrative operations.
