Henderson Hospital is seeking an experienced professional responsible for multi-site oversight in quality and risk management functions. This role includes improving quality metrics, managing grievance programs, and ensuring effective patient safety operations across facilities.
Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in nursing, two years of QA experience, and strong leadership skills. The position offers competitive pay, benefits including tuition reimbursement, and a rewarding work environment.
Serves as a liaison for multi-site/facility coordination and oversight of the quality, regulatory, and risk management functions, processes and programs. Responsible for facilitating activities related to the improvement of quality metrics, processes and outcomes, has oversight for grievance program and is responsible for the ongoing, effective operation of various patient safety and risk management activities among multiple facilities/sites.
Shift: FULL TIME EXEMPT
Education: Bachelor’s degree in nursing or a related field.
Experience: Two (2) years QA or PI experience, and a minimum of two (2) years progressive management experience. Minimum of two (2) years clinical experience in a hospital setting with a minimum of one (1) year in an acute care setting.
Technical Skills: Computer proficiency to include a minimum of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and hospital software programs, as applicable.
License/Certification: If RN, current RN license in the State of Nevada.
Other: Working knowledge of regulations and reporting requirements related to quality, patient safety, and risk management programs.
